First class customer service, Ian and Henry know the equipment they sell inside out. Recently purchased a Falach 50 press and couldn't be more pleased, looking forward to installing under the extractor. The briquettes created burn very well. Hotter than logs.

We have purchased a wide belt sander, four sided planer and briquette press from IWM, each machine has been fantastic. Customer service is probably the best part about this company, Ian not only has an incredibly industry knowledgeable, but treats each enquiry with a great deal of enthusiasm and a real willingness to help.
