Excellent experience dealing with IWM for our recent purchase of a Falach 50 Briquette machine. First class customer service, Ian and Henry know the equipment they sell inside out. Recently purchased a Falach 50 press and couldn't be more pleased, looking forward to installing under the extractor. The briquettes created burn very well. Hotter than logs.
