The MOSTRO 1300 2U S Double Station Calibrating Sanding Machine is engineered for high speed, high accuracy sanding of veneered panels, primed surfaces and solid wood components. Featuring two independently adjustable sanding stations, the machine delivers precise thickness calibration followed by superior surface finishing in a single pass. The first station uses a steel roller with coarse grit sandpaper to reduce and calibrate thickness by up to 0.5 mm, while the second station incorporates a soft rubber supported pad structure with fine grit sandpaper to produce a smooth, flawless finish suitable for painting and coating applications.
Designed for medium to large scale manufacturers, the MOSTRO 1300 2U S combines advanced automation with robust safety and control features. A 10 inch touchscreen interface ensures intuitive operation, while laser thickness measurement at the infeed guarantees accurate calibration without manual intervention. Laser centring sensors maintain sanding belt alignment at high speeds, supported by mechanical safety switches for added protection. The speed controlled conveyor system adapts to different materials, and the integrated outlet cleaning station prepares panels directly for finishing. Premium Delta PLC control, Schneider electrical components and Swedish Ekamant sanding materials ensure consistent performance and long term reliability in demanding production environments.
