IWM are the UK Agents for the specialist machinery manufacturer US Concepts, who produce a unique range of stair machinery and handrail machines. They work closely with customers to tailor each machine to individual production needs.
To make operation as simple as possible—even for operators of any skill level—the CNC unit is preprogrammed for most stair routing applications. However, the CSR-750CNC still retains full capability for custom programming using standard CNC codes. The operator simply selects the stair style, enters the rise, run and number of stairs, inserts the pair of boards and presses Start.
As the stair machinery takes over, two high-speed router motors simultaneously rout both left and right stringers with a dovetail bit. As an added advantage, the machine is also capable of cutting open-horse stringers and open stringers with 45° riser relief.
