1300 WSM

The 1300 WSM Automatic Wiring Machine is designed to create consistent brushed and naturally aged surface effects on wood panels and solid components. Featuring a four section station layout with two wire brushes, one hard plastic wire brush and a special brush sanding unit, the machine delivers controlled texturing and depth across a wide working width. Individually speed controlled stations allow operators to fine tune the intensity of the ageing effect, making the machine suitable for decorative finishes, furniture components and architectural panels.

Built for efficiency and ease of operation, the 1300 WSM is equipped with a 10 inch touchscreen control panel and a speed controlled conveyor system that adjusts surface penetration automatically. The robust internal conveyor ensures stable material handling, while high quality Delta PLC control, Schneider electrical components and Swedish Ekamant sanding materials provide long term reliability. Integrated ventilation and drainage support clean and continuous operation in demanding production environments.
