The LUNA 1300 PRO Brush Sanding Machine is a high performance industrial solution designed for precise and consistent surface finishing of doors, panels, lids and shaped components. Equipped with six independently adjustable, oscillating sanding stations, the machine allows separate rough and primer sanding within a single production flow. Advanced pressure control enables fine adjustments with 0.1 mm accuracy, ensuring uniform results across a wide range of materials and thicknesses. Its integrated edge sanding capability further enhances finishing quality, making it ideal for manufacturers seeking efficiency without compromising precision.

Built for reliability and ease of operation, the LUNA 1300 PRO features an automatic lubrication system that reduces maintenance requirements and extends machine life. A 10 inch touchscreen interface provides intuitive control, while the prescription memory feature allows operators to store and recall sanding recipes instantly for different product models. Drawer type stations simplify cleaning and sandpaper changes, and the remote connection service offers 24/7 support for diagnostics, troubleshooting and operator training. Premium Schneider electrical components and German Hermes double sided sandpaper ensure durability, safety and consistent performance in demanding production environments.

Excellent experience dealing with IWM for our recent purchase of a Falach 50 Briquette machine.
