Introducing GAU JING’s latest innovation in heavy-duty and wide planing moulders—the GL-45 series, now available! These moulders are designed to tackle the toughest jobs with confidence.

The GL-45 series moulder is engineered to exceed expectations in heavy-duty cutting, accommodating widths of up to 450mm and delivering high productivity. It’s ideal for construction applications such as beams, pillars, and wide boards.

Built with a robust and rigid structure, high-speed precision spindles, and 450mm wide feeding rollers supported by hydraulic outboard bearings, this moulder ensures maximum stability during cutting operations. Optional straight knife jointer and profile knife jointer devices, alongside the ATS system automatic position controller, enhance production capacity and cutting stability.

Choose from configurations featuring 4 to 8 spindles and feeding speeds ranging from 40m/min to 120m/min to suit various working applications, providing versatility and efficiency for demanding projects.

Excellent experience dealing with IWM for our recent purchase of a Falach 50 Briquette machine. First class customer service, Ian and Henry know the equipment they sell inside out. Recently purchased a Falach 50 press and couldn't be more pleased, looking forward to installing under the extractor. The briquettes created burn very well. Hotter than logs.
