The 3U SISAN Automatic Edge Sanding Machine is designed for precise and consistent edge sanding of panels, doors and furniture components. Equipped with three independently adjustable stations, including one belt roller unit and two brush rollers, the machine delivers uniform edge finishing with excellent surface quality. Each station features its own oscillation system driven by an independent motor, reducing sanding marks and ensuring smooth, even results across different materials and profiles.

Built for efficiency and operator convenience, the 3U SISAN features a 10 inch touchscreen control panel with a user friendly interface for quick setup and adjustment. The automatic thickness adjustment system and inverter controlled conveyor allow accurate control of sanding pressure and speed, improving finishing quality and productivity. High quality Schneider electrical components and German Hermes sanding materials ensure durability and reliable performance, making the machine suitable for continuous production in modern woodworking environments.

Excellent experience dealing with IWM for our recent purchase of a Falach 50 Briquette machine. First class customer service, Ian and Henry know the equipment they sell inside out. Recently purchased a Falach 50 press and couldn't be more pleased, looking forward to installing under the extractor. The briquettes created burn very well. Hotter than logs.
