The IWM 4 Piston Hydraulic Stair Cramp (4.5 metre model) is a robust and precise machine designed for both open-plan and wedged stair construction. Built to handle stair widths between 800 mm and 1200 mm, it features four hydraulic cylinders that deliver smooth, parallel movement, powered by a motorised pump with a simple push-button starter. The easy-to-use lever control ensures consistent, accurate operation, while the eight cramping bars positioned at 500 mm centres provide excellent accessibility during assembly. Its heavy-duty welded frame and reinforced steel cramping fingers guarantee long-term durability, making it ideal for demanding workshop environments.

With a standard length of 4.5 metres, the stair cramp can be ordered in 500 mm increments to suit your specific requirements. The adjustable base can be fitted with wheels for easy movement or with adjustable feet for secure placement. Offering a clamp height of 400 mm and hydraulic pressure of approximately 10 tons, the machine ensures perfect parallel movement through its four hydraulic rams. It also provides flexibility with left- or right-hand starter and lever options at no extra cost. Operating on 380/400 V, 3-phase power, the IWM 4 Piston Hydraulic Stair Cramp is delivered within 4–6 weeks of order and weighs approximately 500 kg.
