The MOSTRO 1000 2U Calibrating Sanding Machine is designed for precise thickness calibration and high quality surface finishing of wood based panels and solid components. Featuring two independently adjustable sanding stations, the machine delivers accurate material reduction followed by fine finishing in a single pass. The first station uses a steel roller with coarse grit sandpaper to reduce thickness by up to 0.5 mm, while the second station incorporates a padded structure with supported rubber rollers and fine grit sandpaper to achieve a smooth, paint ready surface. An integrated laser thickness measurement system ensures exact calibration without manual measurement.

Built for productivity and operator safety, the MOSTRO 1000 2U is equipped with a 10 inch touchscreen control panel for intuitive operation and precise parameter control. Laser centring sensors keep sanding units perfectly aligned at high speeds, supported by mechanical safety switches to prevent belt deviation. The speed controlled conveyor system adapts automatically for consistent results, while the outlet cleaning station removes dust and residue to prepare panels for finishing. High quality Delta PLC control, Schneider electrical components and Swedish Ekamant sanding materials ensure reliable long term performance in demanding production environments.
