Track storage systems are designed to hold and finish wall panels in a vertical position, allowing work such as window installation and façade preparation to be completed efficiently while the panels remain upright. Equipped with manual carriages, panels can be easily moved along the track for smooth handling throughout the finishing process.
A well-designed track layout helps prevent storage and dispatch bottlenecks, which are often a major cause of unnecessary downtime in production. The total capacity of the storage facility should be sufficient to accommodate approximately one week’s worth of panel output, ensuring a continuous and efficient manufacturing workflow.
