Our Technos 2132 HD Nesting CNC Router (2100mm x 3200mm) is the largest table size available in the Technos HD Series. To support its wide machining capabilities, the machine is equipped with an eight-position tool carousel mounted on the gantry. Positioned at the rear of the machine, this feature enables efficient automatic tool changes during programs, providing greater flexibility with tooling options and reducing production times.
A fixed tool probe is also located at the rear, ensuring precise depth accuracy across all tools without the need for manual adjustment. For easy and consistent setup, the machine includes automatic stops along two faces of the bed to correctly position boards every time.
The 9kW router head is inverter-driven, delivering variable spindle speeds up to 24,000rpm to handle all machining requirements. All axes use servo motors on precision helical racks, driven by premium Yaskawa Absolute Servo drives for exceptional accuracy and rapid axis speeds of 50mm/min. Workpieces are held securely during operation by two EuroVac 250 c/m³ vacuum pumps and an automatically controlled eight-zoned matrix bed. An MDF sacrifice board is required, as the porous surface protects the matrix bed from damage.
At the heart of the machine is the Syntec FC 60WA Controller, a user-friendly system operated via keyboard and mouse. It can store hundreds of programs in its memory and allows directories for easy organisation. Programs can be loaded via USB or transferred over a network connection, enabling remote program management directly from an office computer.
Every machine is installed and laser-levelled by our skilled engineers using the Leica AT401 across six levelling points, ensuring installation accuracy even where workshop flooring may be uneven.
All machines are supplied with a 12-month warranty as standard.
