The MOSTRO 1300 2U Calibrating Sanding Machine is a high precision industrial solution designed for accurate thickness reduction, calibration and fine surface finishing of panels and solid wood components. The machine features two independently adjustable sanding stations that work sequentially to deliver consistent and repeatable results. The first station uses a steel roller with coarse grit sandpaper to calibrate and reduce material thickness by up to 0.5 mm in a single pass, while the second station employs a padded structure with supported rubber rollers and fine grit sandpaper to achieve a smooth, paint ready surface. An integrated laser thickness measurement system at the infeed ensures exact calibration with zero manual error.

A 10 inch touchscreen control panel provides intuitive operation and precise parameter control, while laser centring sensors keep sanding units perfectly aligned during high speed operation. Safety movement switches prevent sandpaper deviation, and the speed controlled conveyor system adapts automatically for optimal results. An integrated outlet cleaning station removes dust and residue, preparing components directly for finishing.
