Spindle Moulders

A spindle moulder is one of the most versatile machines in a joinery or timber workshop, used to shape and mould the edges of timber and panel materials with a high degree of accuracy and repeatability. Spindles are available in fixed or tilting configurations and in a range of diameters, allowing them to accept a broad variety of tooling to suit different profiles and production requirements.

Depending on the model, a spindle moulder can be equipped with features such as power feeds, tenoning tables, and CNC controls — each of which adds a different dimension to what the machine can do. Choosing the right combination of spindle diameter, table size, motor power, and ancillary equipment matters, and it is worth talking through your specific profiles, timber species, and production volumes before specifying a machine.

We work with workshops of all sizes, from small bespoke joinery operations to higher-volume production environments. If you would like guidance on which configuration suits your work, please >get in touch with us.
