•Scoring Saw Unit: Tiltable from 30° to 45°.
•Main Saw Unit: Equipped with a chipping saw, tiltable from 30° to 45°.
•Moulding Unit: Features a planning cutterhead.
Centralized Operation Panel
The operation panel allows for quick switching between inclined edge and partially inclined edge cutting by simply turning a selection switch. The inclined edge machining mechanism moves forward or backward based on the operator’s selection, eliminating the need for further adjustments and significantly enhancing machining efficiency.
Gluing Device, Banding Strip Grooving Unit, and Pressure Rollers
•Gluing Device: Includes one angled (calibratable from 30° to 45°) and one vertical gluing device.
•Pressure Rollers: Equipped with three vertical rollers and two angled rollers.
Front and Rear End Trimming Units, Top and Bottom Trimming Units, and Scraping Units
•Top Trimming: Straight knife cutterhead (x1).
•Bottom Trimming: 1.5R profiled cutterhead (x1).
•Top Scraping: Straight knife scraper (x1).
•Bottom Scraping: 1.5R profiled scrapers (x2).
