Automtic Double End Tenoner NC TYPE (Fully Automatic)
Our fully automatic Double End Tenoner (NC Type) is the complete solution to significantly reduce operator calibration time when switching from one job to the next.
It features NC positioning of top pressure hold downs and movable side of machine for automatic working width and working thickness setting; NC servo positioning of all working units (horizontal and vertical axes) and infeed reference fence (horizontal axis); Hsk 63F tool interface direct-driven hi-frequency motors are used for quick lock/release tooling changeover on moulding systems; Automatic dogs eliminate dog set-up completely as the detection of an incoming workpiece automatically pops up the next set of available dogs for operator use.
The user friendly HMI allows for tooling offsets and can be upgraded to feature recipe storage/upload of working parameters for up to 100sets of tooling.
Fully compatible for use with a diverse array of working units covering cutting, profile moulding, chamfering, sanding, and drilling applications.
