    • You need pre-milling to ensure a flat, square substrate before the edge is applied — particularly important on MFC and veneered board
    • Corner rounding is a standard requirement on your panels and you want it handled in the same pass rather than as a separate operation
    • You have a confirmed 3-phase supply and compressed air at 6 bar, and sufficient floor space to accommodate a machine of this length

    Consider an alternate model if...

    • Your volume is lower or your budget tighter and you don't need corner rounding — the Lange B85KF offers the same chassis and feed system without the corner rounding unit, at a lower cost
    • You only need to apply edge tape occasionally rather than as a core production activity — the Lange B60 series is a more compact, lighter-duty machine suited to lower-frequency use and smaller workshops
    • Your workshop processes exclusively solid timber components rather than panel products — edge banding may not be the correct process for your application
