Double End Tenoners

A double end tenoner processes both ends of a timber component in a single pass — sizing, profiling, and squaring simultaneously. That combination of accuracy and throughput makes these machines a practical choice for window and door manufacturers, furniture producers, and joinery shops where consistency across high volumes of identical components matters.

The range we specify covers machines suited to varying production demands, from smaller joinery workshops through to higher-volume manufacturing environments. Feed speed, tooling configuration, and working width are all factors worth discussing before specifying a machine, as the right setup depends closely on the components you are producing.

If you are considering a double end tenoner for your workshop, talk to us about your material sizes, required profiles, and expected throughput — that conversation will help us point you towards the most appropriate option.
