Edge Banders

Edge banders apply edging strip — ABS, PVC, melamine, wood veneer, and similar materials — to the raw edges of panel components, producing the clean, durable finish expected in furniture, cabinetry, and joinery work. A well-specified machine will glue, trim, buff, and scrape in a single pass, removing the hand-finishing that slows smaller shops down.

The range runs from compact manual-feed units suited to low-volume or bespoke work, through to fully automated machines with pre-milling, corner rounding, and closed-loop glue management. The right choice depends on your panel throughput, the edge profiles you run, and the materials you work with most — not simply on the size of the machine.
